Welcome to Delta Contracting Inc
Delta Contracting, Inc. was originally started in 1999 as an electrical contractor performing installation of
electrical systems, lighting and power distribution on commercial projects. In 2003, the B1 General Building
classification was added to the license and Delta Contracting, Inc. Started performing commercial tenant
improvement work throughout the Bay Area. 100% of all work performed by Delta Contracting, Inc. is in the
commercial sector. Most projects are interior commercial tenant improvement projects for Class A and Class B office space, in one to ten story buildings. Some projects are commercial building improvement projects for health, educational, retail or restaurant businesses.

From small tenant improvement projects, to demolishing entire buildings and starting over from the foundation up, Delta Contracting, Inc. can perform all aspects of commercial projects. Value engineering is our specialty and working with clients on design-build projects is the norm. Staying on schedule with minimal change orders is top priority on every project, with the end-goal being a pleased tenant and building owner.
